Established in 1955, TOTECH has been a pioneer in the HVAC industry and a professional in Facility, Automation, and Energy.
The Totech Group was founded in 1955 as a specialized trading company for heating and cooling equipment, and has continuously led the industry as a pioneer. Today, we support a wide range of services including the sales of diverse equipment, design and construction of instrumentation works, and maintenance services for various facilities and systems. We are the only company in Japan that, while serving as an equipment distributor, also possesses the capability to perform instrumentation construction. Furthermore, in response to pressing social issues such as environmental problems and climate change, which have been accelerating in recent years, we have made a full-scale entry into the energy-related market, including renewable energy systems and ESCO business, thereby expanding our business scope.

The business of the Totech Group is broadly divided into three sectors: HVAC business, Instrumentation
business, and Energy solution business. In the HVAC business, we are largest domestic distributor in the
Daikin Industry’s commercial HVAC sector, which holds the top domestic market share for commercial HVAC
equipment. In the instrumentation business, we are a leading distributor of Azbil Corporation, the
domestic leader in HVAC automatic control device. In the Energy solution business, we handle renewable
energy, storage batteries, emergency power generators, and more.
We cover a wide range of building facilities and provide one-stop services from sales and installation
to maintenance of these equipment and systems. Currently, we manage over 10,000 maintenance contracts
annually, overseeing post-installation maintenance, as well as proposing renewals and solutions to
deliver comprehensive support throughout the equipment lifecycle.
