TOTECH CORPORATION was founded in 1955 as Tokyo Kiko Co., Ltd. In 2025, we marked our 70th anniversary.

Over the course of our history in the last 70 years, we have steadily expanded our business domains to include areas such as control technologies and instrumentation work while maintaining sales of facility-related equipment, particularly cooling and heating equipment, as our foundation. In recent years, we have also been focusing on the provision of solutions that contribute to the achievement of carbon neutrality, committing ourselves to the creation of added value that leverages our technological capabilities without being confined within the traditional boundaries of a “specialized trading company.”

Based on our reason for being, “The Totech Group creates a comfortable environment that is rich in spirit, ” we in the Group have adopted the slogan “Taking comfort to the next level” in our long-term vision targeting 2030. While continuing to constantly question the essence of “What is comfort from the perspectives of people, society, and the earth?”, we accurately identify technological innovations and changes in social structure and challenge ourselves to create comfortable environments oriented toward the future.

In April 2026, we formulated our Second Medium-term Management Plan, titled “Redesign TOTECH—A Bridge to Our 100th Year—,” for the period from FY2026 to FY2030.

After marking the milestone of our 70th anniversary, we will next aim to become “a 100-year company.” In order to achieve this aim, we have set forth “Shift to a high-profit structure” and “Establishment of management foundation” as the basic policies under our Second Medium-term Management Plan. Above all, we place “people” at the heart of our management, and strive to become a corporate group where people play the leading role, one that is capable of delivering sustainable value to all its stakeholders.

Going forward, the Totech Group will continue to embrace challenges without fear of change and stay committed to sustainable growth and the enhancement of its corporate value in order to be a corporate group that remains indispensable to society.
