Material issues

Over the years, the Totech Group has pursued not only economic efficiency and convenience, but also the spiritual richness that goes beyond that, by providing comfortable spaces. We continue to create a comfortable environment that is “comfort to people, society, and the earth” in order to realize both a sustainable society and pleasantness.

Comfort to the Earth

As the problems caused by climate change become increasingly serious, air conditioning and other facilities are consuming increasingly huge amounts of electricity. The Totech Group recognizes that addressing this is an important management issue, and we promote energy conservation and the spread of renewable energy to significantly reduce CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions, and aim to achieve both carbon neutrality and comfort for people living there.

Action plan

  • Promoting sales of energy saving equipment
  • Proposing operational improvements to facilities
  • Promoting sales of solar power generation systems
  • Properly recovering and processing refrigerants

Comfort to Society

As the risk of all natural disasters increases, people’s lives and economic activities must be protected.
