TOTECH CORPORATION was founded in 1955 under the name Tokyo Kiko Co., Ltd., and this year, we are proud to celebrate our 70th anniversary. This important milestone would not have been possible without the steadfast support and continued patronage of all our valued stakeholders, to whom we extend our deepest gratitude.

Our company began with the sale of equipment such as refrigeration and heating devices, and has steadily expanded its business domains into control technologies and instrumentation work. In recent years, we have also focused on providing solutions that contribute to the realization of a carbon-neutral society. Going beyond the traditional framework of a specialized trading company, we are committed to creating added value by leveraging our engineering capabilities.

Guided by our corporate purpose, “The Totech Group creates a comfortable environment that is rich in spirit.,” our group has set forth a long-term vision toward 2030, under the slogan “Taking comfort to the next level.” We continuously ask ourselves what true comfort means for people, society, and the planet, and strive to create forward-looking comfortable environments by accurately responding to technological innovation and social change.

We are, however, operating in a highly uncertain business environment. While demand in the construction sector remains strong, we also face challenges such as labor shortages due to an aging population, global environmental issues including climate change, and the increasing visibility of risks such as emerging infectious diseases and geopolitical tensions. In response, we launched our First Mid-Term Management Plan (April 2023 to March 2026) with the guiding principle of “Comfort to People.” This plan outlines four key strategic pillars: Investment in Human Resources, ESG-focused Management, Strengthen Core Businesses, and Expand Overseas Business, through which we aim to achieve both social and economic value.

Furthermore, looking ahead to our 100th anniversary in 2055, we are committed to being a company that continuously delivers sustainable value to all our stakeholders — including customers, employees, partner companies, local communities, and our shareholders and investors. Achieving this ambitious vision will not be easy, but we will continue to work together as a unified group, steadily and with a long-term perspective.
