1955 Tokyo Kiko Co., Ltd. (presently Totech Corporation) is founded by Tomoyuki Kusano, begins sales of air conditioners and their instruments
1958 Automation business is established, begins manufacturing and sales of building automation and control systems
1960 Distribution agreement is signed with Daikin Industries, Ltd.
1964 Distribution agreement is signed with Azbil Corporation, fully joins the control system market
1967 Becomes a general agent of air-cooling heat exchangers
1973 Nippon Builcon Corporation is established as a separate company, begins engineering of building instruments and maintenance services
1985 Begins engineering of automation control systems and instruments for skyscrapers
1986 Corporate name changed to Totech Corporation
1990 TAS (Total Amenity Systemizer) Center is established to strengthen engineering development and its management
1993 Registers shares with JASDAQ
2002 Technical Center is established
2007 Tottori Builcon Corporation becomes a Group company
2008 Totech Denko Corporation becomes a Group company
2010 North Japan Instrument & Co.,Ltd becomes a Group company
2016 Totech Hokkaido Corporation becomes a Group company
DS Tech merges into Totech Group
Kyushu branch is established to complete a nationwide network.
Totech Corporation is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
2017 Totech Group Technical Center is established in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo
Totech Corporation is listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
2019 I.B. Group becomes a Group company
2022 Quantum Automation Pte. Ltd. and 4 subsidiaries become a Group company
